Built for a clean shotgun format instead of a crowded all-day sprawl.

Captains first
The waitlist gets the first registration announcement and final event structure.
Tournament shape
A good first event should feel tight, intentional, and easy to understand. That is why the field starts at eighteen teams instead of chasing a bigger number before the ops are ready for it.
One team per hole keeps pace cleaner, the starting map simpler, and the day easier to manage from arrival to awards.
One captain leads the entry, team name, and communication, so the signup flow stays fast instead of turning into admin work.
The goal is a real event with tight operations, memorable branding, and enough polish to feel bigger than a one-off outing.
Rollout plan
This route starts as demand capture, then graduates into full team registration and a public field board once the course and event details are locked.
Step 1
Raise your hand early, claim your team name, and show whether you already have a full four.
Step 2
Captains get the first registration notice, payment instructions, and the final event details once the course logistics are locked.
Step 3
Confirmed teams appear on the public board so the field starts feeling real before the first tee shot.
Team board preview
Once paid registration opens, this route can evolve into a public board showing the teams, captains, and later the live tournament picture. This preview shows the type of field presence the page can grow into.
Coming in later phases

Tournament FAQ
Not yet. This page is the early captain list so serious teams can hear about registration first.
Eighteen teams fits a shotgun format more cleanly. It protects pace, simplifies the hole map, and makes the first event easier to run well.
Captain name, email, phone, team status, requested spots, and an optional team name. Full teammate details can come later.
That is the plan for a later phase. The first upgrade after registration is a public team board, then a live scoring or leaderboard layer after that.
